Lyn Sandiland has been with the AGCO (formerly the LLBO) for over 23 years, formally as an AGCO Inspector, and currently as a Senior Liquor Licensing Officer. During her two plus decades of service, she was assigned to Toronto, including the Entertainment District. As an AGCO Trainer, Lyn assisted in the development, implementation and training of the Consistency Training Program in I&I across the province. As a frequent ambassador and speaker with outside organizations such as the Association of Chiefs of Police, community colleges and Officer Training at the Police College, Lyn helped profile the AGCO in a 2009 W5 episode.
Formally President, Lyn is currently a Steward of Local 565. For leisure, Lyn enjoys shopping, dining & going to dinner-and-a-movie with Alex (her better-half). They frequently celebrate with their large extended families here in Toronto and in exotic places such as New Jersey & Florida.
Thomas Dickinson has been with the AGCO since July of 2010. He began as an Assistant Licensing Officer and 6 months later was hired full time as a Liquor Licensing Officer. During his year in Licensing and Registration, Thomas has been involved in every aspect of liquor licensing, from sales licenses to manufacturers, special licensing and promotions. Thomas was a member of the Liquor Reform Team which helped operationalize the recent LLA changes and was also on the consulting team for the Liquor Operations Manual. Thomas is a new steward to the Union and looks forward to many productive years.
Thomas is a firm believer that communication is the key to success. The more effectively two (or more) parties can communicate their goals to each other, the better their chances of reaching an objective which benefits the group as a whole.
Thomas has been playing paintball recreationally and in tournaments for 3 years. The largest game he has participated in had approximately 2000 people on the field. If you are interested in playing, head out to your local field – he’s probably already.
Jammie Line has been with AGCO since 2000 and a Steward with OPSEU Local 565 since 2008. She is currently working as a Gaming Registration Officer within Licensing and Registration and has worked in various departments within Gaming.
Jammie enjoys spending time with her friends and family whenever possible. She enjoys music, movies and loves to travel.
