  • Achieved changes to AGCO’s vacation policy for fair and equal treatment to recognize service dates for vacation credits for members who were employed on a permanent full-time basis with another Government employer such as Provincial, Federal or Municipal Governments, Agencies, Boards and Commissions who moved to employment with the AGCO prior to 2014.  
  • Quarterly Joint Consultation Committee (JCC) meetings with the employer to discuss, address labor relation initiative, policies, and issues. Review new policy initiatives.
  • RCB Survey stemming from member concerns brought forward by the Union to AGCO executives which resulted in the Employer developing a 15-point initiative plan to address those concerns.
  • Union Vice President / RCB Director Quarterly touch base meetings.
  • The Inspector Safety Committee development and implementation of the Inspector / Health Safety Report regarding perceived and real threats to Inspector Safety.
